Gift-it Support Chatbot

This deployment hosts the Gift-it Digital Gift Voucher Platform support chatbot. The floating chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of this page is a live demo of the embedded widget.

To embed the widget on any website, add this one line before the closing body tag:

Customers enter their name, email and business name, then chat with the AI assistant (powered by Claude and the Dropbox knowledge base). If the bot can't resolve the question — or the customer presses "Talk to a human", which appears once the bot has had a go at answering — the chat escalates to Slack, and agent replies appear in the widget in real time. Once a human is on the chat, both sides can share files: customer uploads land in the Slack thread, and files the agent posts in the thread show up in the widget.
